- Participants will have two, 12-minute conducting sessions with the University of Arkansas Wind Ensemble.
- Observers will participate in all aspects of the symposium except conducting
- Both Participants and Observers will each receive up to seven hours of professional development from the Arkansas Department of Education.

*registrants are highly encouraged to attend the Friday night talk and concert but may choose only to participate in the Saturday sessions
